Retreat Recap

A few of many amazing testimonials.

“Experiencing yoga and singing bowls in nature for the first time was such an amazing experience. I felt so much more connected to the collective conscious.”

I’ve been following Sisters of Yoga for over a year, and decided to travel from California to Atlanta for the Nature As Medicine Day Retreat. I was a little apprehensive at first, but I’m soo happy I went through with it. The whole day from start to finish, was so intentional, informative, nourishing, and loving! The only thing that could’ve made this better is if it was multiple days long.

“It was quite exhilarating, and fun tapping into my inner child.”

I got over two fears today: my fear of spiders and of heights. I can’t believe I actually climbed a waterfall!! This was perfect timing for me, and the water activity just helped me release a lot that I was holding on to. I also got to meet so many amazing women… it’s so amazing what a stroll on Instagram can do! I can’t wait for the next one!

“Nature As Medicine Retreat was everything I needed to rejuvenate my body and spirit. It was a full-embodied experience.”

To be able to escape from the hustle and bustle of life, and reconnect to my body and spirit was just what I needed… This experience allowed me to fellowship with other women, rediscover my connection to sisterhood within me, to help rebalance who I am, and to rejuvenate me as a women. I’m so grateful for this experience, and would 200% recommend it!
